We aim not just to supply IT services and hardware, but to supply your business with IT guidance and strategy. In the case of a small business we can act as your IT manager and advise and implement your IT requirements.
Allowing your IT systems to react to changes in your business requirements. We will also support any internal resources who currently manage your IT services. This will continue as it’s not our aim to outsource your IT department. Your business requires an internal sponsor and this needs to continue. But it’s often the case that they can spend more time on IT issues than their normal every day role. This is often the case in smaller business if this person is not a dedicated IT resource.
In a larger organisation we can complement your own internal IT department and help out with specialist projects, during busy periods. It’s often the case that your internal staff are too busy fire fighting, and don’t get the time to implement new IT services. We can also review your existing services and contracts which may lead to cost saving and service improvements.
We aim to act as an independent contractor working with your IT team, complementing the skills your already have in your existing team.
